So good to hear the tuneful lyricism of “You Only Support Me When It’s Easy.” I love the subtle build, how a simple thought or complaint becomes more and more cutting and complex, its implications more profound. That guitar solo with your voice in the background is just beautiful. The line about Abelard and Heloise is just brilliant and really signals the song’s more serious turn.
